
Danielle Haziza
Associate
Danielle Haziza joined The McPherson Firm, PC as an associate in 2026. During law school, she was selected to participate in the Divorce Mediation Clinic, where she served as a mediator in matrimonial matters, mediating all aspects of divorce. She also interned with Sanctuary for Families through the Uncontested Divorce Project, assisting survivors of domestic violence throughout their uncontested divorce proceedings.
Danielle further distinguished herself through her participation in the 11th Edition of the LL.M. International Commercial and Investment Arbitration Moot Competition, where her team advanced to the semi-finals. She also served as an editor of Law & Ethics of Human Rights, Volume 17.
Her article, Trapped in a Marriage in New York: Getting the Get with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Processes, examines potential ADR solutions to the challenges faced by Jewish women seeking a religious divorce, or “Get,” separate and distinct from a civil divorce. The article was awarded first place in the 2024 American Journal of Mediation National Dispute Resolution Writing Competition and was published in the journal. Danielle was also awarded the Distinguished Performance in the LL.M. Program Award.
Danielle is fluent in English and Hebrew and is able to assist clients in both languages.
