Samantha Barach joined The McPherson Firm, PC as an associate in 2018. While in law school, Samantha was selected to participate as a clinic student at The Children’s Law Center where she appeared and represented clients in court under student practice order, conducted client interviews and assisted supervising attorneys in trial preparation. She also interned at the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department and
a boutique elder law firm.

Samantha served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, where her Note “Safeguarding the Future of Bangladeshi Children:  The Need for a Comprehensive National Education System” (43 Brook. J. Int’l L 233 [2017]) was selected for publication. Samantha received the CALI Excellence Award for the Future in her Fundamentals of Legal Drafting Class.

Samantha is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York Women’s
Bar Association.

 

Samantha has been named a 2024 Super Lawyers Rising Star for the New York Metro Area.
